Best foods for 29gallon tank with 4Rosaline Sharks, 4Congo Tetras, 1large bushy nosed plecostamus. Vitamins?
Hello, good afternoon! I was curious as to how to keep a healthy, happy pleco? I just received a baby albino pleco, we got algae wafers, as well as the other algae that grows in the tank, I have a couple questions, how do I tell I’m feeding him enough, how can I let him stay happy and healthy, how do I give him a great, long life, how do I tell when he is sleeping, and how ca I tell when he is sick, I’m not to familiar with pleco sicknesses and diseases. Thank you so much, I appreciate you!
I’m getting a 20 gallln tank and I would like to know what are the best tropical freshwater fish that I could get? I would like to get a pleco, but he would get to big for my tank, so I’m wondering if I could donate him to my locomotive petco in The Dalles Oregon? Thank you I love PetCoach!!!
My Betta fish keeps spitting out its food. I feed it "XL color granules" mixed with "color flakes" its tank mate is a molly. I heard you can get bloodworms and soak them in garlic guard and they will eat it. Is this true? Thank you. -Cristina
I have recently bought 2 tiger Oscars which are about 3 inches in length. But they don't eat normal pellet which I use to give to other fishes. On net I saw prawns or shrimps are very good for Oscars. So, I began to give small pieces of prawns to them which they liked a lot. But I want to know is prawn everyday good for their health?? Is their any other substitute food can be given to them? Kindly assist. Thanking you, SRIJIT GHOSH
My pet pike cichlid is not eating and is always staying in one corner of the tank. It is in a 20 gallon with 2 convict cichlids, 2 firemouth cichlids, 1 Oscar, and two plecos. My ammonia is 0, nitrate 0 and ph is 6.5. Water is a little tinted because of the driftwood.
Hi, I had a bettas fish and a clown pleco. A day after doing a complete cleaning of the tank, my better fish died and my pleco started acting weird. I tested the water. Ph 7, ammonia 0, nitrate 0, nitrite 0. He is not eating, his skin started to look like white, like shedding? And now is like coming off. Also, his belly is bloated. I attached pictures.
Is this tank big enough/small enough to hold goldfish fry (these fish will not be in it we are just cleaning up there other tank)
My pleco fish is bullying my fancy goldfish that are in the same tank. What should i do?
My neon tetra have developed a white growth in his mouth to the point that his entire mouth is full & he is unable to take in food. Another neon tetra has developed the growth as will & it is growing in size. The other one is bloated. I have tried a few different medications for bacteri and fungus, nothing is working. My 4 glo fish & 3 neon tetras have been in the treatment tank at Petsmart since 2/12/28 & the issues have not subsided. I am in desperate need of your help, please :(
I don't know what to feed my glass catfish we've tried shrimp pellets algae tablets in the flakes nothing seems to catch his attention so we are getting alive food next if live food doesn't work we will return him to the pet store
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
