Stable water helps prevent pH crashes, and the active cleaning reduces buildup on glass. The dual sided floss removes dirt and debris from your tank leaving you with a clean environment. Compatible with Bio-Bag filters, these cartridges provide 4 stages of filtration to keep your water clean and clear. Ultra-Activated carbon will remove odors and yellow discoloration to keep your aquarium looking better than ever. Create a focal point for any room with a clean, clear aquarium.

Remove old cartridge (keep the frame and clip for reuse with unassembled cartridges if desired). Take the Stay Clean Aerobic Filter Frame (with tablet holder) and for the first use, twist the clip off the frame. Remove tablet from foil pouch, insert the tablet into the tablet holder, and secure the cap. Slide the filter bag over the frame. Add one packet of Ultra-Activated carbon. Press the frame flaps down over the top of the filter bag and press the clip down over the flaps. Rinse filter cartridge under room temperature tap water until water runs clear. Insert rinsed cartridge into filter, ensuring it fits into designated channels. Replace filter cartridge and tablet monthly (use the Tetra My Aquarium App to schedule a reminder). For aquariums established less than one month use regular Bio-Bag or the Stay Clean starter cartridge that came with your filter. NOTE: When medicating your aquarium, remove carbon from cartridge.

I bought a few baby Bettas, the person at the Petco counter TOLD ME that these fish CAN STAY in the tubs they came in (NOT BAGS) until they get too big! If they can live in these tubs at the store cant they live in the tubs in my loving home?? How big is too big? I have bee told they have to be moved to a BIG tank, like, 2 or 3 gallons, is there any way I can get cheap ones?? If I properly clean, add sulfrate and healthy water could I make a DIY tank out of a food container? HELP ME SAVE DUSTIN

Hi I'm looking to buy a male Betta in the next couple weeks and keep him in a 5 gallon tank by himself. I had a Betta several years ago and remember the hassle of changing the water, so this time around I was looking to buy a filter. What would be a good filter for my situation and how would I set it up? After installing a filter, what would the upkeep of the tank look like? Will I ever need to change the water or use purifying agents?
Hello i stared a 75 galloon 6 weeks ago nine tertas in there saturday and sunday did small water changes should i do every week or wait until tank is fully cycled? Had high nitrites levels thanks
He's a full grown betta fish, I've had him for a little over half a year, adopted him from a friend. He has a filter and a heater in his tank & I try to stick with recommended products. As of the last couple months, his fins are curling up in the back and he will only eat one pellet every other day or so. I had been feeding him three pellets twice daily. Last week I started cleaning his 1 gallon tank twice a week instead of once a week, and am considering upgrading to a 2.5 gallon tank instead.
