Tetra StayClean Bio-Bag Cartridges provide easier maintenance for healthier fish by maintaining healthy pH levels in your tank. Stable water helps prevent pH crashes, and the active cleaning reduces buildup on glass. The dual sided floss removes dirt and debris from your tank leaving you with a clean environment. Compatible with Bio-Bag filters, these cartridges provide 4 stages of filtration to keep your water clean and clear. Ultra-Activated carbon will remove odors and yellow discoloration to keep your aquarium looking better than ever. Create a focal point for any room with a clean, clear aquarium.

Remove old cartridge (keep the frame and clip for reuse with unassembled cartridges if desired). Take the Stay Clean Aerobic Filter Frame (with tablet holder) and for the first use, twist the clip off the frame. Remove tablet from foil pouch, insert the tablet into the tablet holder, and secure the cap. Slide the filter bag over the frame. Add one packet of Ultra-Activated carbon. Press the frame flaps down over the top of the filter bag and press the clip down over the flaps. Rinse filter cartridge under room temperature tap water until water runs clear. Insert rinsed cartridge into filter, ensuring it fits into designated channels. Replace filter cartridge and tablet monthly (use the Tetra My Aquarium App to schedule a reminder). For aquariums established less than one month use regular Bio-Bag or the Stay Clean starter cartridge that came with your filter. NOTE: When medicating your aquarium, remove carbon from cartridge.

My new glofish shark has long, white, stringy poop hanging off its body. I may have overfed him his glofish flakes. Is he constipated or stressed from being in a new tank? I treated the water with Aqua SafeStart and EasyBalance. What can I do to get him to poop?

Hi for the past 7 days I’ve been transitioning tony to a kidney diet with the help of 1/8 mirtazapine appetite stimulant every 48 hours. Today on day 7, I was told to try 100% kidney food (none of his senior diet mixed in) and he’s acting picky with it, not cleaning his bowl like he has the past 6 days with his old senior diet and kidney food mixed. Even with the appetite stimulant should I expect it to be a longer transition period? thx!
