The diet of the native canine was quite simple, consisting mainly of the prey they hunted. A simple, limited ingredient diet offers many benefits. They can be easier for some dogs to digest and may be a good choice for dogs who have experienced sensitivities to certain ingredients. PREY Turkey Recipe for Dogs features cage-free turkey as the first of just four key ingredients, followed by lentils, chicken fat and tomato pomace which provide antioxidants, omega fatty acids and important nutrients such as DHA. Finally, guaranteed, species-specific probiotics help support digestion and carefully selected vitamins and minerals ensure your dog gets the simple yet complete nutrition they need, without the hunt.

Is taste of the wild puppy food is good for my golden retriever puppy
I am getting an 8 week Cocker Spaniel. I am not new to Cocker Spaniel, just puppy versions. I want to try a new food for her, and need suggestions. I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.
We have a lab/Vizsla mix who will turn one year old in 2 weeks, I am currently feeding her Taste of the Wild Grain-free puppy food (repeat monthly delivery from PetCo). When can I feed her adult food? What is your recommendation for dry food, less expensive if possible,
Just ordered Taste of the wild Grain Free Roasted Venison Bison dry puppy food, and was wondering if it's good for my 7 month old German Shorthaired Pointer puppy and if it will bother my babies stomach.
My terrier mix (DNA pic attached) turns 1 today (estimated birth date-she's a rescue). I feed her Hills Science Diet large breed puppy formula-I would like to transition her to a new food. She is mildly overweight in which she is active but her hips are probably not as defined as they should be. She currently weighs 68Ibs. I would like to transition her to Taste of the Wild Salmon. She goes on x4 25 min walks a day. Is this a good food to help her maintain a healthy weight and be active? Thanks!
My 2 yo Lab/Ridgeback is 86 lbs yes overweight and has a urine ph of 5. I have her on grain free Taste of the Wild venison/buffalo 2.5 cups daily. Without spending $80.00 for a 17 lb bag of Royal Canin So , what dry food or treatments might you recommend for Rylee?
Hi I have a 2 months pomeranian and right now I am feeding her with Hills Science Diet puppy toy breed, but I will like to change it for Taste of the wild puppy. What do you recomend is best for her? Please note I live in Colombia and there is few options: Royal Canin, Diamond Naturals,Earthborn
Have a question on what dog dry food you would recommend? Wellness core ? Wellness complete health ? Blue wilderness high protein grain free ? Taste of the wild ?
My two year old black lab has a very sensitive stomach & terrible skin allergies. He is currently eating Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream. I don’t believe this is working for him because he has terrible gas, frequent itching & licking despite taking an allergy medication, & very loose stool. I’ve been told to switch him to a limited ingredient diet, but I don’t know what brand to use. I am also concerned about peas/lentils can affect a dog’s heart.
Hello, I am picking up a soon to be 8 week old female lab puppy in 11 days and I am very confused with what brand of puppy food to purchase. Through extensive research, I have come down to three options, Orijen Large Breed Puppy Food, Wellness Core Natural, and Taste of the Wild. What is your opinion on the best brand to purchase? I have no price limit and if there are any other brands that you believe are better, I would absolutely love to know. Thank You!
I have a male German Shepherd mix and a female Pitt bull mix; my male is more easier to feed. Honestly will eat anything no problem but my female is more sensitive. Grain free taste of the wild salmon and venison line she likes. No issues with excretion but ever since I switched her skin is bright red with dandruff and more dry. Coat looks thinner, shedding a lot more. I don’t know what else to try. Recommendations?
Would you recommend the taste of the wild puppy food for an Alaskan malamute? We have switched to this food, and my malamute has been loving it.
