I recently got a new kitten and decided to get some Taste of the Wild and he went absolutely nuts over it. I have gotten a few different flavors so far and he seems to like them all. My dog who does not like pet food at all wanted a taste of it and he even seemed to enjoy it. Go figure!!!

Siamese loves her fish!

Eping15

Our 15 year old Siamese cat Eping has become very picky about her food in her older years, only accepting fish as the main ingredient. We have tried many different brands of the fishy stuff and she loves the Canyon River flavor! We feel good about the ingredients for her and love the art work on all of Call of the Wild products!

Canyon Road or nothing!

Bandit

Bandit has been eating Taste of the Wild (wet & dry) exclusively for most of his 9 years of life. When the local store had stocking issues on his favorite he went on a Wet food strike, refusing alternatives offered. He’s a big cat and loves to eat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats really love the taste of this food because it is simple and fresh ingredients and they love the gravy. I love how natural and flavorful this food is and so easy to serve. My cats get so excited to eat it and it's definitely their favorite recipe.

How To Train Your Hooman To Serve This Correctly.

Mittens The Frisky Cat

My name is Mittens. I am an 11 year old tortoiseshell cat who is real picky about the cat food I eat. My favorite wet foods have gravy in them. My hooman bought this, and at first I didn't like it because the fat in the gravy caused the gravy to congeal and bond to the cat food morsels. Yeech! To get this to become something I will eat, I had to train my hooman to heat about a half cup of water in a microwave, and mix it into a can of this stuff. This causes the fats to liquify, and the grave becomes something that looks good, smells great, and entices me to clean the plate! So, if your hooman does buy this, take the time to train him correctly so you can have a tummy full of this wonderful food!

Trout & Salmon in Gravy - better than catnip!

Bellasera

We think Taste of the Wild is just purr-fect! As a very active cat I always tell my mom a little gravy goes with everything. There's nothing fishy about this brand except for it's great taste! This way I have time to play in the water and go exploring instead of fishing for my food. It is high in protein too which I don't know much about by my human says it's good for my active lifestyle. It's even better than catnip!
