Why doesn't this have the nutrition label on the website of Petco???
- The answer regarding "grain free" is misleading. Dogs can get an enlarged hearts from eating legumes (peas, etc.) that are present in grain free dog foods. Cats do not have the same issues with these ingredients.

Most of the ingredients in Taste of the Wild originate in the U.S. There are critical ingredients, however, that are not available domestically in an adequate supply or with as much quality as our international supply. We do purchase some ingredients from foreign suppliers such as potato protein from Germany. There are ingredients critical to our recipes (i.e. folic acid and taurine) that can only be obtained from China. We believe leaving out these ingredients would not be in the best interest of your pet. What is ocean fish meal?
- Ocean fish refers to wild caught fish. It's not one specific type of fish but usually a variety. Meal refers to that the fish is dried and ground so there is a higher amount of protein and nutrients than would be found on fresh fish that contains more water weight

Hello - would this be suitable for a diabetic cat?
- I don't know. I would go with something grain-free and check with your vet. The cat I have that used to eat this now eats all canned food.

My kitten is doing really well & having solid stools (after trying many foods) on Taste of the Wild Canyon River (Trout & Salmon). Hi, I'm feeding my cat the one of the best wet and dry cat food in the market. The brand is fine but the flavors is always fish like salmon, tuna, ocean white, grilled saba, and fish with chicken, and shrimp. There's even no turkey, liver, beef or the chicken. Is that okay to feed my cat those wet and dry food flavors everyday?

I am getting an 8 week Cocker Spaniel. I am not new to Cocker Spaniel, just puppy versions. I want to try a new food for her, and need suggestions. I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.
