Place at least three inches of litter in a clean litter box. Scoop clumps and waste daily, refilling the litter to the minimum height. Dispose of waste in household trash.
A parasite in cat feces can transmit toxoplasmosis. Wash your hands after. Pregnant women and those with suppressed immune systems should avoid it.

Questions
With the new bag design, I don't know if it Is the multi-grain or the small grain that used to be the multi-cat plus. Does anybody know?
- I have always ordered the multi-cat and it is large grain. I don't know about multi- cat plus.

What is the package made of? Is it plastic or mostly paper? If plastic, is it recyclable with store drop off? So many brands claiming to be sustainable use plastic packaging.
I'm looking for a litter that does not get between my cats toes. He has an injured foot and we are trying our best to keep it clean. The litter we have now continues to get stuck in between his injured toes.
- Unfortunately, this litter will still get stuck in paws. It has bigger grains than the other products in this line, but still gets tracked some in our house. For short-term use, I’d recommend a pellet-type litter. Hope you can find something that works!

Is this product tested for cyanide & aflatoxins?
- My cat won't use anything else. It states that the litter contains no chemicals or toxins! Sorry I don't know about specific tests.

Is the cassava processed to remove cyanide?
- After reading about how processing cassava I am sure this product doesn’t contain cyanide. The cat would also have to eat a lot of it even if it did. BTW there were less then a handful of deaths in Uganda from cyanide poisoning with flour that had not been skinned well and boiled. Cats are more likely to get kidney disease and die from eating lilies! The whole plant is toxic to them. Just a tiny bit can damage their kidneys.

How long does a 13 pound bag last for one cat?
- We've been using the multi cat for just over a month I'd guess. We have 3 indoor cats and we're averaging almost 2 weeks/bag. We are at home so I tend to pull at least the poo when I see it- or make sure it's covered. Add litter when it starts getting low, and eventually change it 100% when I start seeing bits of stuff too small to sift out. But the litter still works, even with the bits in it! They all use the same box with no issue. Except for the one cat who tends to hang her back end out too close to the entry point. That's what mats are for :-) I have found that in the Winter with dry static filled air- it does track. Quickly. I've gone to pet my black DSH and found it clinging to half his tail. I'm hoping as weather changes it won't cling so much. Otherwise, it's a keeper!

My 19 yr old cat with diagnosed kidney disease has started eating his clumping clay litter. Is pine clumping litter safe or would nonclumping pine be safer?
I've read in several reliable sources that sawdust is considered to be a :::::human::::: carcinogen. I'm using OkoCat Supersoft Clumping Wood Litter for my two rescue kitties. Is it also a carcinogen and risk for my two felines? DW Rockville MD
I been using kitten attract cat liter and I was wondering when I can start using regular cat liter?
I know that it's not recommended that kittens use clumping clay litter due to concerns about ingesting the sodium bentonite clay and resulting gastrointestinal problems/intestinal blockage. What isn't clear is whether or not this rule applies to biodegradable clumping litters like corn and walnut. If a kitten ingests one of these clumping litters, will it lead to problems, or will the litter degrade in the digestive tract? Thank you for your help!
my cat has mega colon and im looking for a high fiber diet to go along with his stool softener.
My cat poops in the bath tub. I tried 2 litter boxes. I tried keeping water in the bath tub (which made mold). Even with water in the bath tub, she stopped using 2 litter boxes and started dropping her poop right out side the box. People have suggested changing the litter (World's Best). Ok, scruff, my 3 month old previously feral kitten is not using the litter box to poop or pee. I purchased "CAT ATTRACT" LITTER. My question is : should I add dirt to this? I read on the box it's 100% guaranteed to work, but, she won't use it. Should I put her poop in there? What can I do? I am at my wits end. She just went to the vet, she's healthy, just stubborn!! Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
