My dog does not want to eat from his metal bowl anymore, we bought him a plastic one and for a while he ate but now he stop again. We got him a porcelain and still not eating. And my husband has feed him his soft food with a fork but he would not eat his hard food.
Midnight just had his yearly check up and everything was good. I have noticed that he eats real fast and then throws up his food. So we got him a slow feeder bowl. It helped a little but once in a while he still eats too fast and throws it all up. What else can i do to help him slow down?

My cat eats her food really fast and drinks water extremely fast then goes and throws up. If I give her a small treat she will scarf it down and then goes and throws up. Every time she does this it's the morning and she will throw up more than once. She purposely eats a lot and then drinks a lot. Would a slow feeding bowl work?

Hi, I have two young cats, both around 9 months old, when I first got them I never had a problem with them urinating outside of their litter box, but recently one or both of them (not sure which one) has started urinating all over their food mat and on their food bowls... My dog will hardly eat from her bowl, which is a basic metal food bowl. But she will scarf down her food from my hands or from my roommate’s dog’s bowl, which is a black plastic, less reflective bowl. I’m worried about how much she eats in a day. Should I get her a different bowl? Or just wait till she’s more comfortable? I’ve only had her for about a month. She also tucks her tail and cowers the whole time she is eating. She is a rescue so I’m not sure what the history is there.
