I started taking mushrooms as someone who is often sick and thought it might help with my pup who often has rashes and who has to be wiped down after playing in the grass, otherwise licking / biting happens. Been on it for a few months and skin flakiness and redness have calmed down significantly! Super happy, just in time for summer and fall in the dog park
