Kinda bad

Let me start by saying THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE DIET! Seeds ARE a part of the diet but it should be 10% or less. 50% Pellets (TOPs, Harrison’s, and Psitticus are best), 10% fresh fruits, 10% grain, and 20% veggies is a stable diet. Now, let’s begin. My cockatiel likes this but it isn’t very special. He picks out the seeds (which is expected since there are very little pellets, it’s like asking a kid to pick between a salad or twinkies) and then eats the pellets I provide (zupreem) because the pellets in this blend are more for nanday conures and probably taste bad. I will not be feeding this seed blend anymore as it has far too many sunflower seeds and all that extra fat is actually doing harm. His feathers went from a beautiful mixture of Silvers, Charcoals, and slate grays, to a very dull and brownish gray. We are buying other brands and cutting this out. To anyone with small or medium parrots, AVOID SEED MIXES WITH SUNFLOWER SEEDS. IT SHOULD BE ONLY A TREAT. And generally, don’t feed seed mixes for more than 10% of their diet. For cockatiel, owners of all parakeets (including budgies, conures, bourkes, ringnecks, and Linnies), and mini macaw owners, feed budgie seed mixes as there are no sunflower seeds. I would recommend the Witte Molen (I think that translates to White Mills in English) Pure budgie seed blend, and Harrison’s, TOPs, or Psitticus Pellets.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This bird food is excellent my bird poyo loves it, he normally don't like pellets but this food wasn't the case. He loves everything that is included in this food. for instance he saw the pea flakes and already without thinking took a chunk out of it and loves it,including the buckwheat and i'm guessing the quinoa pellets there are other pellet colors and flakes but either way my bird enjoys everything. This is a more healthier food option and makes feeding for poyo more fun and enjoyable.

Yes, I recommend this product.
