This formula is different than the one I buy in the little boxes from PetSense. This has a gel consistency but when heated up, it turns into regular liquid. Directions do not say whether to keep refrigerated but I'm keeping it in the fridge after opening. I don't put a lot in her bowl. Just enough to wet the bottom. I also heat it up first in a little glass dessert cup for 15 seconds. Also, i don't give to her every day, but every other day. Thank you PetCo for carrying this bone broth. It is high quality and raised without added hormones or antibiotics, which is always a bonus.
