I specifically purchased this for my heavy chewer lab. The toy itself and packaging made it look like the perfect choice. That was not the case. Within an hour he had already “eaten” the rubber so much that the replaceable tops could no longer go on ever. The company says that they back their product yet when emailed (no other way to contact) they have yet to respond. Save you $30 if you have a power chewer!!

I bought this after my not-quite-4mo Pittie/Husky puppy was basically eating Puppy and Moderate-level chews, and I was desperate for anything he could chew that I wouldn't be replacing the next day and taking away from him within the hour. Petco employee handed me this, and thank god they did - it tolerates his little needle puppy teeth extremely well. 4 starts because the little plug treat on the top works OK, but I prefer to just put treats and peanut butter in the hole.

I just bought this tonight, specifically looking for something durable for my 10 month old, 6lb yorkie. She chewed it for 5 minutes, and absolutely loved it for the short period... except she chewed pieces off the rubber in that shirt period. I can’t even imagine a bigger dog chewing it, since my little pup was able to do this much damage in 5 minutes.

Oh my god this is a joke. I bought this for my dog because she’s a tough chewer & bored very easily. I thought this would keep her occupied for a while, as it states...however, she got the lock & block treat out within 5 minutes & now wants nothing to do with the rest of the “toy” The lock & block treat is so thin I thought it would be thicker so she could work on it for a long time. Will be returning this.

I bought this last week and my dog was able to bite pieces of of the toy not the treat . It cost $25 and lasted less than 30 minutes . I am so disappointed.

I filled this dispenser with my dogs favorite teeny treats, and left the chew stopper that came with it. He enjoyed it for a whole hour and won't let me near it to refill it! He was able to eat the chew stopper within that hour, so I don't know if I'll be buying more, but I will definitely be refilling the treat chamber. He really had to chew on it to get the treats out.
