Not safe enough !

I’ve used this in past years but didn’t like that my younger dog could get the disk out and so gave up on it until recently and thinking he’s older it may now be ok. He still pulls out the disc and I am afraid of it being a choking hazard so done with these!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not sure how people’s bigger aggressive chewers make these last. I have a pug and a dachshund mix and they devour these within 10 mins. Not worth the price and would not recommend for heavier aggressive chewers.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Loved the concept of having the ability to replace the disc in the toy (that was already kinda pricey), only to have our 1 year old dog chew it out of the contraption/toy within an hour. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing again.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Date First Available? Expiration period? Manufactured in USA? (Interested in Medium, Dental, Chicken)

  1. The ridged Everlasting Treats were first released in 2014. The shelf life is about 36 months, and they are made in USA.

How hard is it to refill this toy?

  1. It is super easy to refill. I use the large chew and larger heavy duty black tire holder for my 40 plus pound Aussies. Do not wet the chew! Just put a small portion of the chew into the groove of the holder and then use the top of a spoon (handle)  to lift up the edge of the groove as you work the chew around and into the remaining groove. It’s like putting a new tube in a bike tire! Super simple with the spoon. They LOVE these

Is the bacon flavor option wheat free and completely chicken free? My dog has allergies to these two ingredients.

  1. Thank you for your question. The ingredients in the bacon flavor are as follows: Rice Flour, Vegetable Glycerin, Corn Starch, Water, Calcium Carbonate, Powdered Cellulose, Natural Bacon Flavor, Citric Acid (a preservative), Paprika.

Does this fit in the starmark bento chew ball?

  1. Yes, it does

IS THIS MADE IN THE USA?

  1. Yes, the dental treats all are.

is this made in USA?

  1. Yes, the dental ones all are.

Would this be a good toy for pitbulls who destroy everything?

  1. No. I have a 1 yr old hound mx who is an aggressive chewer and she was able to chew pieces off the ball in 15 minutes

My dogs love these but I'm concerned about them being made in China?

  1. The Starmark Everlasting Treats Refills sold at PetSmart are labeled as being Made in the USA. It would be great if Drs Foster and Smith started offering those as an option instead of the ones made in China. I am willing to pay more for a product Made in the USA when one is available.

Where is this product manufactured?

  1. Made in China - which I didn't realize until I just checked the package.

EverlastingTreat Ball

  1. I have 2 dachshund/terrier mix dogs. They are 2 years old and very active chewers. They weigh about 25-35 pounds. I purchased the medium sized balls and they immediately got the treat out and then started destroying the top of the ball. I was disappointed as I hoped it woulld be more durable.
