Alfalfa/timothy pellets

Pellets vs hay

My 34 year old horse recently had issues digesting hay. My vet suggested I try switching him to Standlee alfalfa/timothy pellets. He absolutely loves this and not too large so I don't have to soak down. And better yet is returning to his normal self. No more having to go out each morning and wash him down.

I recently switched my horse to a forage diet. This product has been perfect. I soak them because he’s an older gentleman and his teeth are not great. This allows me to put his joint supplement, flax and any other product needed in with it, and he eats it without hesitation

My horses love these pellets. I feed a forage based diet, so they get soaked pellets instead of grain. They also double as treats!

We have an older (27) mare who my daughter runs poles on. She had a hard winter & so I wanted to try something to get her built back up. The Timothy pellets worked fantastic! She actually loved them more than her grain! She would leave her grain & go eat her pellets first!

    1. I had set up for recurring delivery of 2 bags of the Standlee Tim/Alf.   Of the 3 deliveries I received 2 of the orders were incorrect.   Petco did refund me and luckily friends were able to use the alfalfa they sent me.
