Still waiting for delivery

I ordered this product and received a box containing a petco in-store display for cat food. When I contacted customer service. I was told to drive the display to a Petco store and give it to them. The representative asked me to cancel my order as it was going to be difficult to ship. As I'd already been charged, I told them they needed to ship the item. Still waiting on delivery.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Inconsistent and resistant to water

I originally gave a 5 star review, however, I wanted to update. My issue comes with inconsistent product and soaking times. I had several bags where the pellets seemed to almost have an impenetrable glossy layer on top and soaking times were well over an hour. My current few bags have been better, but soaking (even hot water) seems to still take a very long time with many pellets not breaking down. My concern just comes with the risk of choke.

I read that alfalfa pellets are good for your garden. Would these be the type of pellets that would work? Please let me know. Thank you.

How does it keep the pellets together? Is it straight alfalfa or is there something to keep the pellets from falling apart? Is there a binder?

    1. I don't really know what you are asking, but it is processed just like pelleted horse feed. I soak mine, because I have older horses, and they LOVE IT!!
