Great cat carrier. I bought the XL, and it's just right for my Maine Coon. I took the door off, and she was in it that day. I have blankets and towels in it for her to lay on. I like that she can sit up, stretch out a bit, and turn around. Some veterinarians say to put a cat in a really small cage, but even cats like to be able to sit up, turn around, and stretch out. Before this, only a really large 28x20x20 airline-cargo-hold compliant carrier was fine for my Coon cat. She hung out in it all the time, but the Vet didn't like it because it didn't open from the top. Then, after a very recent bad vet visit, where they put my cat in a very small carrier, she wouldn't go in her big carrier again. So I bought this, in hopes that if I take her to the vet again, she will be put in this and can stretch out a bit if she wants. The triangle shape gives her head space while not taking up as much room as a rectangular carrier. Good purchase. Good price. I think I might have purchased it on sale.

The pet crate I didn't know I needed. I have an elderly cat who eats in his crate because he's on a different diet than my other cats. Lately he has gone potty in the back of that very large crate which I have to entirely disassemble in order to clean and disinfect it. This crate is easier to clean were that to happen again. He also seems to prefer it. It's allows in more light but is very secure. He's a 12 pound cat and there's room to spare. I could put two 16 pound cats in there quite comfortably. I was concerned as one review made it sound like it's flimsy. It isn't at all flimsy. I like the way it opens in the front. It's not a dark tunnel like many crates.

I picked up this cat carrier thinking it will be ok. when I had my Cat in the carrier he seem to get his head stuck in between the sides that fold in and out. My cat was chocking until I cut him out. all the holes need to be bigger or a cat trying to get out will hurt him self. I have a big cat with a big head I did not think he could get his head in were it was but HE did!!!! if you use this jest keep something near jest in case. Best of luck

The Veterinarian said they didn't even know they made carriers this big but seemed happy to take both at once. It holds lopsided when one cat is heavier than the next.

I bought two of these XL carriers for my 3 cats two months before our move from California to Nebraska. I set them out for them to get familiar with. My 12 year old cat (10 lbs) loved sleeping in it daily so was easy for her traveling in. The two kittens 8 months old (both around 8 1/2 lbs) played around it but traveled well together in one. Both fit side by side in my backseat of my RAV4 and I used seatbelt to buckle them in. I ordered a third one now that we arrived in Nebraska because they all sleep in them. It’s a safe place as they transition. Highly recommend these carriers sturdy and easy to assemble and fold up. And take the door off so cats can enjoy at home as a sleeping spot. Just remember to keep all the pieces. I highly recommend these carriers.

This was ready to go, just remove from box fold & lock in place. I looked at the Gray & Pink one, this is sturdier-looking. My cat could open her other carrier, this one has more secure latching. I ordered a bed since it doesn't come with one. Made in VietNam.

Good quality, but size is way bigger than I imagined

This cat carrier is awesome. Not only does he have a ton of room but he loves it. He lays in it all the time and when it's not in use it easily folds up nice and flat.
