I order Soulistic from Petco because only Petco selling this brand and my cats eat it. If I have a choice I won’t order from Petco, because the cans I received always dented. I always ordered a dozen, it should be tightly wrapped, sometimes the cans were all loose. Either way, some cans have big dent, some small dent. I have called the customer service in the past to get money back, but not anymore. The customer service appeared to be at Philippine (judging from the accent), they even asked me what is the time where I am right now, lol. Anyway, I had to repeat several times (their understanding of English not very good). I have to tell him or her to repeat to make sure he or she got it right. They were polite and courteous, but It was very time consuming. Petco needs to do a better job in packaging before ship. I feel like it came from different stores. I make one order for 4 different products, they came three different packages on different days.

Our oldest cat needed more liquid in her diet and this was the graviest food we found on the market. All our cats actually enjoyed it so it was a win for all.

My cat loves this food but I think it's more of a topper than a filling food. I serve it over crushed dehydrated chicken.

Soulistic brand is a high quality product. My cat had a urinary issue, after vet visit and research i found wet food to be important in the management of his issue. Other brands have fillers that aren’t good for our cats health. I chose this brand after researching and switched all 7 of my cats to this. Four years later and we are very happy with all of soulistics products.

Cat loves it! He has early CKD, and this food works perfecyly for his needs. It is hard to find, but fortunately i can get it from PetCo online!
