This is worst and I mean worst product design. My 1st grade student could design an effective design that is going to break and be a complete waste of money. The battery cover is a hassle to put back on and the stupid washer or rubber crap you have on it is or serves what purpose? Fire the designer NOW and get some someone who has some common sense with the basic consumer in mind….because this product fails miserably! I am sure you are aware and could care less as you thought of another nifty way to squeeze more money out of a us.

I purchased two of these approx 6 months ago, it only zaps once, then just continues to beep, which won’t stop our animals, very frustrating to spend so much money and get a terrible result.

I love this product. I use it to keep my doodle out of the kitchen and my cockapoo away from the Christmas tree. I just wish I could find a product like this that has the capabilities to set different channels. I would love to put one near the doodles kennel and set the cockapoos collar to a separate channel from the doodles collar to keep her out of it because she likes to pee occasionally in the doodles kennel.

This is my second indoor pet barrier. The first one lasted a couple of years and for no reason stopped working now. This one has stopped working and it’s under two years. It’s a great product when it works, but the lifespan is very short and at this price, you might wanna look elsewhere if you want something to last a lot longer. Very sad because there’s no reason why it should’ve stopped working.

After reading other reviews it seems they need to revisit the durability of this product. When I bought the system the battery tabs had to be rebent inwards to hold the batteries in the proper position to keep them connected. Within a week of purchasing the product My dog snagged the webbing on a scratchy surface outside and unraveled the ENTIRE LENGTH OF WEBBING. I am currently trying to get ahold of support to see if I can get a new collar strap or something. We will see what is said.

I have had this car seat for many many years using it for several dogs now and love it. Is there a way to get a replacement cover for the box? With all the repeated uses my cover has become somewhat tattered and shrunk some.

I am worried that this won’t fit in my car or won’t be the right size for my dog. If I buy it, try it out and it doesn’t work, will I still be able to return it? And will I be able to return it in store with all the coronavirus precautions?

Not sure what the return policy is, but I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox SUV, I put the seat in the front passenger side seat, and my dog is a 44lb, leggy but lean muscular American Staffordshire Terrier mix and she still can comfortably sit/lay in it. Hope this helps a little.

easily using the cara seat belt. Hold is excellent. Quality purchase. Read the directions carefully to put seat together, once a piece is in it is hard to undo. Worth the money. 5 stars

No replacement for cover, non needed. Cushion is hand washable and soft and "cushy". Seat is roomy. Have10 lb poodle. Comfortable and roomy enough for a 15 lb dog to sleep in. Safe and sturdy Just love it. It does have. to be put together. READ directions carefully. If you make a wrong move when snapping parts together it is difficult to undo. Directions are very clear Just take your time.

What is the difference between the Solvit Jumbo Deluxe car seat and the solvit Jumbo standard car seat. They are both the same size.

I have the jumbo and my dogs are only 12 and 13 pounds and they have plenty of room. I did get the bigger ones in case they ever wanted to be in the same one together. As you can see from the pictures attached, these are pretty small dogs and have plenty of room and if they decided to sit together, they would still be okay with space.
