What is actual protein % for Solid Gold Nutrient Boost (Bison grain) ? Bag says 22% but Guarantee Analysis says its 28% (on Petco website ingredients and analysis tab). Which one is correct? Also, why it shows min % and not actual %? Does it warry?

I have two purebred Siberian Huskies who are very picky. They dislike dry food so I mix it with grated cheese or meat. I’d like to get them able to just get their dry food. But they walk away and don’t eat I don’t give in through just next day give them their raw egg on top or meat or cheese.
