How much Vitamin D3 is in this pet food-there have been many recalls from other companies because of excess D3?

Description says case of 6 -but when I ordered there were 12 cans in the box, which is normally the count for a case-so which is it ? It makes a difference in ordering.

My 5.5 pound pomeranian has both grain allergies and renal problems. Is this something I could feed her and not worry about aggravating the wheat allergies (no grain) or the kidney issues (lower protein)? Royal Canin renal and k/d renal have wheat.

We do have a grain & gluten free formula, Sunday Sunrise, that is lower in protein (22%) and lower in phosphorus which can be beneficial to dogs with kidney concerns.
