Poorly made
Bottom will not stay in place therefore have fun chasing after the unraveling roll of bags, every dog parents favorite pastime having to hold leash and dog plus flying bags. Also, in agreement to other review, doesnt have hook to attach onto leash. Cute but quite a miss. Wish Petco would refund this item.

Doesn’t hook to leash!
Cute but it’s huge and doesn’t have anything to hook to the leash with. It’s also hard to get the rolls in and out. Most likely won’t use this item
