- Hi brittluna21, It can be used to scoop out bedding that has been soiled, however, the sifting grid on this is on the smaller size. Depending on the bedding, this may not be useful for sifting. Thanks,

I use World's Best Cat Litter. Will this scoop work with it for those little 'cat crumbs' in the litter box?
- I am not sure. I've got raabbits not cats. My rabbits use regular litter in their litterbox. In their houses I use an 80/20 mix of the aspen shavings and shredded newspaper. The shavings would be much lighter than a litter product so take that into consideration. Sorry I could not be of more help.

I use a sand type of litter for my cats. The regular cat litter scoops does not pick up everything. Does anyone think that this scoop would work well of a sand type of litter?

I just adopted mittens from my local shelter on June 8. When I brought him home he was very scared. Now he has settled in our home. I found out that mittens doesn’t like scented litter and was refusing to use the litter box. So I bought him arm and hammer unscented litter. I put him in the litter box and he sniffed it and jumped out. What should I do now? He has been going potty in the shower, should I put the litter box in the shower?
Good morning, My Chihuahua/Min-pin mix (Schlitzy) has been dragging his rear frequently for about 2-3 weeks. A week ago we had his anal glands expressed and the scooting cont'd. I bought an OTC fenbendazole dewormer, a 3 day course, last dose yesterday, yet the scooting is the same! He eats regularly, behaves regularly (other than scooting) and has stools that are solid. They are more more tan/orange-ish than brown and have had noticeable mucous strands. No vomit or diahrea. What else can I do?

Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?

Can having dwarfism cause a kitten to refuse to use a litter box, and walk while he poops? I'm 90 percent certain that my little Male foster has dwarfism and he is approaching adoption age so not using the litter box is increasingly concerning as I know that adopters dont wamt cats that arent litterbox trained.
