I need to know the height of the front opening. My cat is older and has arthritis. She can't jump over a high side. This question was asked before but not answered. Please answer.
How tall is the front wall at the opening?
What do you do with the excess bag flaps overhanging? The recommended bags aren't tight and there's no lid to secure the bag tightly so it doesn't get pulled in!!!!
Do the measurements include the top "lip'/rim around the litter pan? Or are the measurements started on the INSIDE useable space not including the rim? I need this to fit inside of a custom litter pan cover and every cm counts. Thank you!
- Hi EnoBeano, Good day! The measurement is taken excluding the lip/ as usable space. That being said the lip adds about a 1/2" in height and width. Thanks,

My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?
My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. I tried removing the lid for her so she can get used to it. What could I do to help her use her new litter box?

Hi, I find myself having to vaccum the entire appartment twice a day because of my cat's litter spreading everywhere as soon as she does her business and exits the litter box. My cat, Freya, is about 3.5 years old. She has always been confident in our house. Freya always make litter fly out of her litter box.
