My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?

Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
I made for ma cat a litter box of a box and the stone inside fist few days she was ok doing the Urination and the excrement but after few days she started to do the excrement outside of that box.. But still urination in box... First of all i wasnt cleaning the th box but not i clean it ea 3 days but still same problem i tried to pick the excrement to the box and make her smell it but still same problem is it because that the box must be bigger?? Or??
I have a cat who seems to be refusing to use the litter boxes. He is older(over 14). I clean the boxes every other day. We have tried attractants, putting a car mat down, cleaning the boxes themselves, using odor/pheromone 'destroyers', and yet he still peed on the mat. I use the Arm & Hammer clump and seal for litter. What more can I do? Should I remove a couple of the doors on the covered boxes? Should I clean the boxes daily? What can I do?
