Description

So Phresh Odor-Control Paper Litter with baking soda is the tough-on-odor, easy-on-the-Earth way to handle your cat's dirty business so the two of you can relax with a clean conscience. Paper that was once a newspaper or student book report is recycled into light-weight, moisture-locking pellets. Our litter is super-absorbent; it won't even break apart or cake at the bottom of the pan when wet. Our formula controls odor in two ways: baking soda and zeolite work together to neutralize unwelcome ammonia odor, and it has a fresh clean scent for especially smelly situations. Down & Dirty Directions: 1.Pour enough litter into a clean box, covering the bottom to a depth of at least 3 inches. 2.Each day remove your cat's business (#1 and #2) with a sifting litter scoop. Dispose of waste in trash receptacle. Clean the litter box regularly with warm water and mild detergent. 3. Replenish used litter with new litter as needed to maintain a depth of at least 3 inches. Replacing litter often will help minimize odors.

FOR PET USE ONLY. Keep out of reach of children. Inspect regularly and replace when litter becomes damp and/or soiled. A parasite found in cat feces may cause toxoplasmosis, especially in pregnant, nursing, or immunocompromised persons. Consult your physician for more information. Wash hands well after handling soiled litter. Dispose of litter in trash. Do not flush in toilets or dispose of in gutters or storm drains. Store in a cool, dry place.

Love this brand but so so on this litter

We have been using SoPhresh for years, the grass seed litter variety. I thought we would see if this is just as good as the grass seed. It’s definitely different. Does have a fragrance to it so can mask odors. The bag is very lightweight compared to the grass seed so works well if you have to carry up flights of stairs. The clumping is so so as well as the tracking. Although I think all litter is going to get outside the box, just part of having a cat. My robot vacuum has a harder time picking up this litter than the grass seed one. There’s not enough of an overwhelming advantage to switch to this crumble paper from the grass seed litter but if you’ve just adopted a cat this may be perfect for you.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Inside you'll find pellets instead of sand or granules. These unique pellets are coated in baking soda and other things to absorb odor, and it works perfectly! I honestly don't know if this litter would work in a self cleaning, automatic litter box. This IS a product I'll be repurchasing!

My 2 cats were really excited to use this. I love that it's recycled and has excellent odor control for multiple cats. I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. It does not work with the autoscooping tray (nor does it claim to), but I just turned that off and scooped as needed. Seriously thinking about swapping to this for my pets' health!

I really like this litter and the fact that it is made out of recycled paper. However, I wish it didn’t come in a plastic bag. It appears that So Phresh is a Petco brand - is there any consideration for making the packaging more environmentally friendly?
