Pour enough Petco Scoopable Cat Litter into a clean litter box to cover bottom at least two inches deep. Each day remove all urine balls and solid waste from litter box with a sifting scoop. Dispose of waste in trash receptacle. Do not flush waste down the toilet or any waste system. If scooped daily, the remaining clean litter will not need to be discarded. Simply add fresh Petco Scoopable Cat Litter as needed to maintain at least two inch depth. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used litter. Store in a dry place. Caution: Do not use this product as a traction aid because product becomes slippery and slick when wet. This product does not protect users or others against disease bearing bacteria. We would like to remind pregnant women and those with suppressed immune systems that a parasite sometimes found in cat feces can cause toxoplasmosis. Hi is it ok to use special odour preventers to help prevent odours in cat litter boxes?I found this in Walmart is it a good brand?not quite sure
My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?
Adopted 3mo kitten use to paper pellet litter. Always uses litter box. I'm trying to find non dusty, I live in single wide trailer, clumping and unscented. What do you suggest I try?
What's do you think about the soft wood pellets used in fireplace' but used for cat litter. I am also considering of buying a litter box that has a sifter underneath. I have purchased some at Canadian tire and it is called Surefire wood pellets
What are good brands or types of litter that I can use? I use arm and hammer slide and my cat loves it, but it was gone the last time so i got another brand and my cat scoots her but butt. I need a brand that is an alternative for times when my primary type of litter isn't in store.
2 rag doll cats 5 years old. Adopted them and the litter the ave us are chips. The don’t bury their poop and it really stink. Wind if we should go with fresh pet or similar
My male cat does not bury his mess, could I use a little baking soda as a litter deodorizer? Any there other options to add to litter to help with smell?
I decided to litter train my dog. My mother got some dog litter. It's from "SoPhresh". I'm worried about my dog eating the pellets. Is there anything toxic in it?
My cat Lily was declawed last week. She hates the cat litter named Yesterday News. She is used to A&H Slide. Is Okocat litter safe and a good alternative cat litter while she is healing?
I have a cat who seems to be refusing to use the litter boxes. He is older(over 14). I clean the boxes every other day. We have tried attractants, putting a car mat down, cleaning the boxes themselves, using odor/pheromone 'destroyers', and yet he still peed on the mat. I use the Arm & Hammer clump and seal for litter. What more can I do? Should I remove a couple of the doors on the covered boxes? Should I clean the boxes daily? What can I do?
Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
I have been trying oko cat dust free paper for my asthmatic cat and it is good on not having dust but the litter itself has a natural odor to it to me like burning wood, is this harmful for my cats to smell. I have tried yestersdays new in the past and found it bad on covering ammonia. Oko cat covers ammonia but that burnong wood smells is overwhelming to me so isnt to them....so I switch back to yesterdays new???? Any ideas
