Is there a hood/lid for this corner box?
- Not with the 2 I bought. My cats seem to like them better. More room so their nose isn't pressed against a side. I have a boy cat and he hasn't overshot the edge either.

The length and width refer to 26.25"L x 21.5"W. Is the length representative of the back to front (entry) and the width the side to side?
- No. Width has opening on it and is 26 inches. Front to the back is 21.5 inches.

- I bet it would work great! It's a really big one and high sides but they can exit the front.

Do most of you use a plastic liner and what exactly do you use for this particular one? TIA
- I liked the idea of a liner, but long ago realized my cats immediately scratched through the bottom creating an even bigger problem, pee seeping through holes in plastic! Yuck! I also use a natural corn litter, world's best. Encasing it in plastic to dispose of defeats the purpose.

I just adopted mittens from my local shelter on June 8. When I brought him home he was very scared. Now he has settled in our home. I found out that mittens doesn’t like scented litter and was refusing to use the litter box. So I bought him arm and hammer unscented litter. I put him in the litter box and he sniffed it and jumped out. What should I do now? He has been going potty in the shower, should I put the litter box in the shower?
Hello my cat is an inside and out cat, I live in Florida. I have two litter boxes for him it is a clumping brand so it's an easy clean up, he has no problem using them. the question is the box I have put outside is clumping with out my cat using it, and when it does start to clump he doesn't use the one out side.... but still uses the box with the same litter inside. Which litter should I use out side?

We found out our 6 month old ragdoll was peeing in the bathtub which is less than 1 metre from the litter box. We then covered the bathtub with a glass table top and he seems to still jump up and pee on top when we're not around. He drinks plenty of water and eats fine and is on a very good diet. Hi, I have a male cat who has recently had some urinary blockage and now he isn’t using his cat box. Can you give me any advice on what to do? I’ve tried a new type of litter and he doesn’t seem to have any interest in that.
My cat sometimes poops outside her litter box, she has 2 boxes and she pees in one and poops in another, they are about 2 meters apart, not too far away, but sometimes she pees in one and goes in another corner and poops there. How can I deal with this? I never punished her I only clean it up and rub the floor with apple cider vinegar to mask the smell.

my cat initially squats to urinate in his litter box, then he stands up straighter and the urine sprays backwards while his tail is wildly vibrating. Needless to say, the urine goes everywhere. The litter box is clean.
