Does this litter box come with the bottom pan AND the top enclosure? It looks like they snap together on the sides, but don't want to end up with just the lower pan.

- I believe the 4 or so inches that they state is the height of the lower portion so that you will know if it's too high or low for your cat to get in to

Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. My cat, Freya, is about 3.5 years old. She has always been confident in our house. Freya always make litter fly out of her litter box. At first she had a small litter box so we got her a bigger litter box but we still found litter everywhere. Then we got a litter box with a lid. Later we found Freya pulling litter out of the litter box with her paw. We are using the same litter the adoption center used before we got her. Does Freya just not like her litter?
