My boy is quite "husky" (22 lbs). Does anyone have experience with this product and a larger cat?
- There is no weight limit for these pans. Weight, alone, would not prevent a 22lb cat from using them. However, if the cat’s size is larger than the dimensions of the pan, that could prevent usage. The Extra-Large version of the Lift to Sift (sku 3164799) is the largest version for sifting, (22.5" L X 17.25" W X 10.5" H). If the cat’s dimensions are larger than that, there are a few larger pans to choose from in the SoPhresh brand but they are not sifting pans, fyi. 3164836 - SoPhresh Charcoal Skatter Shield High-Back Cat Litter Box, (24" L X 18" W X 10" H) 3164959 - SoPhresh Grey Jumbo Enclosed Cat Litter Box, (23" L X 19" W X 19" H) Thanks

Can you be used for clump litter
- Yes! I've had mine a year+ and always use clump. I love it and bought another one for granddaughter & kitties. I dont like tray liners and requires more cleaning without clump imo.

Does it come with high sides on the litter box or not? Pictures show high sides sometimes and sometimes not.
- Yes, this comes with high sides. The product pictures you refer to as not showing it with high sides are pictures of how it comes when it is shipped. All the parts nest for shipping. If you look at the picture and count the parts in the stack, there are four. If you look at the pics showing it with high sides, there are three parts under the high side. The Petco Customer Service answer that it does not come with high sides is a result of them being located in the Philippines and not having a clue about the product. And it should not have been pictured nesting because that is a useless and confusing picture. Who knows where in the world their product display people are located because they don't have a clue either.

After you sift how do you get the sifter under the litter again? Do you have to pick up the whole litter tray, put the sifter in and dump the litter on top again?
- Hi BaconK, Instructions for :So Phresh Grey & White Lift-to-Sift Cat Litter Pan SKU 3164781, 3164799 #1 - To use, stack trays in the following order from top to bottom: Tray A, Sifter Tray, Tray B. Pour clean litter into Tray A. #2 – To clean, pour contents of Tray A onto Sifter Tray. #3 – Lift Sifter Tray to separate waste from clean litter. Dispose of waste. Keep clean litter in Tray B and reset components to starting position. Thanks,

My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?
My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. I have a cat who seems to be refusing to use the litter boxes. He is older(over 14). I clean the boxes every other day. My cat, Freya, is about 3.5 years old. She has always been confident in our house. Freya always make litter fly out of her litter box. At first she had a small litter box so we got her a bigger litter box but we still found litter everywhere. Then we got a litter box with a lid.
