I have been using Tidy Cats Lightweight litter for my now 14 yr old cat, for a couple of years. For the last couple of months the litter seems to stick to her feet, legs and tail so consequently appears all over the house. I have been using the 24/7 variety. Would another variety of their lightweight litter be less prone to this problem?
My very large male cat has trouble getting intout his litter pan.. Do you know where I can get a large, very large pan?
I have a cat who seems to be refusing to use the litter boxes. He is older(over 14). I clean the boxes every other day. We have tried attractants, putting a car mat down, cleaning the boxes themselves, using odor/pheromone 'destroyers', and yet he still peed on the mat. I use the Arm & Hammer clump and seal for litter. What more can I do? Should I remove a couple of the doors on the covered boxes? Should I clean the boxes daily? What can I do?
I have 2 older kitties. One is 18, has had 2 strokes over the summer and he is blind. He has issues with his balance now and with getting in and out of the litter box, therefore when he gets in the litter box he tends to pee right there, then immediately turns around and gets his paws in it and it clumps in his paws. Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.

My cat, Freya, is about 3.5 years old. She has always been confident in our house. Freya always make litter fly out of her litter box.
