Hold plastic launcher with mesh tube facing up. String the mouse cat toy's tail through the top of the mesh tube opening until the tail comes through the under side of the launcher. With 1 hand holding onto the launcher, use your other hand to pull the tail from under the launcher and pull until the mesh tube pulls back. Aim the mouse to the desired location and release the tail.
