Angelfish come in a large array of colors, patterns and sizes that make them very appealing to all levels of hobbyists. Singapore Angels are found in the Indo-West Pacific up to 20 meters deep. Adults can be found in small groups throughout shelf reefs. They have a body shape and black mask similar to butterfly fish. Their posterior coloration is black while the clack mask is bordered by white and yellow, with a yellow caudal fin and blue lips. Due to their increased needs, the Singapore Angel is considered difficult and are recommended to the more advanced hobbyist. Their natural diet is varied so aquarists should always feed a diet that is similarly well rounded. Singapore Angels generally feed on a wide variety of algae, sponges, soft corals, and other benthic organisms, which is why they are not recommended for reef aquariums. Be sure to provide a sufficient amount of live rock because the live rock will aide in hiding but will also act as a food source for grazing.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

I have an angelfish and a red tail shark in a 15 gallon tank for about 4 days and they get along great. The angel fish has been almost swimming kind of lazy like almost floating and then will swim when off balance. And belly kinda looks swollen as well as eyes. And my red tail shark seems to have a gray patch on it's side and not swimming as active as he was. Either hides in the back of tank or in a house for hours.
