I bought this product a few weeks back while looking for something to clean up after the new puppy. My go-to was out of stock, and I'd tried a couple other things that were essentially useless. This did surprisingly well on urine-stained dog beds. It also saved my couch when the kitten had a sudden bought of the runs. However, the biggest and most unexpected of disasters took place a couple days ago. We had some baby chicks that were close to being moved from a room to out in a large coop pending end of construction. They had a nice, makeshift space in our spare bedroom, and as long as they were barricaded there were no problems. However Heir RuffleFeathers had decided peace was no longer an option, and launched an assault that would rival the beaches of Normandy. Much to my dismay, about 20 birds escaped their confines and proceeded to create what could only be described as poopageddon 2020. If there was a landable surface, it was hit. Nightstand? Hit. Mirror? Hit. Peacock cage? Yep, got that too...much to their disapproval. But the brunt of it was the carpet. I should add at this point that this was only hours after the birds had all received a special treat of mustard greens. But I'll leave that to the imagination. At first, I was sure we were looking at immediate replacement. But I decided to give cleaning it a chance with plans to rent a rug shampooer after the bulk of it was removed. In a two-day process, we started at one end of the room and treated every spot individually. I would say about 95% of the damage was reversed, though I will say we used at least 45 ounces on this room, so I'm purchasing a gallon at a time at this point. Does it smell the greatest? Not really. But it's far less offensive than the wasteland created by a flock of ornery birds. Also, the smell of the cleaner will dissipate long before the smell of the birds does, so at least it covers that up some. Honestly, I'm ready to invest in stock on this product it works so well.

I have used SS urine cleaning products for years. I use them for an array of things such as a mattress cleaner when my kiddo wet the bed. I typically buy the STAIN AND ODOR REMOVER. The stuff is amazing. The one thing they don't do is prevent repeat markings by dogs but what really does... Anyway, this time I got the OXY CHARGED 3X... And it is AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, UNBELIEVABLE. I used on my carpet in for some puppy accidents and 24 hours later this DISGUSTING SOUR ROTTEN SMELL DEVELOPED yet the spots had already dried. I realized the smell IS the solution's own scent when I smelled the bottles. Once the solution dries on the carpet this scent grows to be a VERY STRONG, KNOCK YOU OUT, ROTTEN SOUR PUNGENT STENCH that nobody in my house can tolerate. Unable to locate an expiration date, I began to search the internet and discovered only 2 others that describe it to be as bad as I am though many complain about the smell. I will be getting my money back. Let's hope I can get rid of this smell.

This was th second time using PETCO website for a purchase. The experience was easy, the employees were friendly overall a great experience.

It seems to be working, it does a good job the spot doesn’t smell anymore

When I bought this, I was looking for a solution for the occasional accidents that my great dane has in the house. He also has a tendency to mark on the chair in our living room, which is microfiber. Not only does this spray remove the stain, it also deodorizes. You have 3 options for the spray as well - a mist, a stream, and a foamer. I thought that was pretty cool! Will buy again, definitely.

So glad I purchased this product. Cleans up my puppy's accidents very well and doesn't just mask the odor but actually gets rid of it entirely.

The smell is a unique odor, mixed with urine is not a good combo. The unrine smell still lingered after clean up.
