- May I suggest first that she be checked by a vet to be sure there is nothing physical going on with her. We had an incontinent senior dog and she did the same thing. The only way we could keep her dry and our floors clean was to use the disposable diapers. Keep in mind putting the diaper on your dog is like diapering a baby. It won't be easy, but we wish you the best.

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... Is there any other good products besides the disposable diapers that’s stay on better for a dogs period ? I bought them today and they just keep falling off when she walks . She doesn’t mess with it but it’s hard to keep up with it . And I dont want her locked in the cage ALL day . Vivi wets the bed in her sleep pretty much every night. I've had her checked out by a vet, gotten blood work done, but everything appears to be normal. The vet gave her tolterodone 4mg twice a day, which seemed to work for a few days at a time but the bed is wet more times than it is dry. She has an enlarged heart and arrhythmia as well. Is there anything I can do for this? Also, we don't get dog diapers or diaper pads easily here. Can I use normal unscented sanitary pads with a dog panty?

I have 3 female dogs. 2 are medium-large (like German Shepherds) and 1 is smaller (like a cocker spaniel). They're all spayed & eat the same food. We don't buy anything fancy, just whatever is cheapest cause we can't afford fancy food. For about a year the 2 bigger dogs have had problems controlling their bladders.
