Works great on our 60 lb. Standard Poodle. She does chew them up if left alone for long, but they solve the problem of blood spotting in the house when she is in heat.

These diapers are a lifesaver. The diapers I used for my senior girl before I found these were night and day. They wouldn't stay on and did not hold accidents without leaking. But the Simple Solutions fit her well, hold a lot when she has an accident and have never leaked. And she has not gotten them off. A big plus is they can be re-used over and over, and the tabs work as well as they did the first time, I put them on. One more plus is the price, compared to other disposables. Very good price for excellent quality. I will add that all dogs are built differently, but these fit my lab/hound mix very well. She's about 40# and the medium was perfect.

      If there is an xxl I recommend that. My dog it close to 70lbs and the l/xl kept popping off because the bands didn’t fit right.

        May I suggest first that she be checked by a vet to be sure there is nothing physical going on with her. We had an incontinent senior dog and she did the same thing. The only way we could keep her dry and our floors clean was to use the disposable diapers. Keep in mind putting the diaper on your dog is like diapering a baby. It won't be easy, but we wish you the best.
