Took my dog to get tested, she's negative. I wanted to order the simparico trip but the vetco clinic gave me a script for Nexgard!!!! How do I contact the vet to get this script switched?

I put my dog on Simparica. This month I gave it to him 5 days later than usual and he got bites on his thighs, belly and arms. I have spray tick/flea sprays and clean everything out already. I dont see any flea/ticks jumping around him or his stuff or anywhere around the house. Is there anything else I could do? Should I get a flea/tick shampoo? Does 5 days late really make a difference?
How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron.
Lioh weighs 9.2 lbs and has been prescribed nexgard 4-10lbs (6 packets or 6 months worth). I know he will be gaining weight over the next 6 months and therefore donno know if I should get him 3 packs instead of 6. What would you advice?

Hello there! I have 4 dogs and i give them nexgard and heartgard monthly. I saw online that there is nexgard spectra that covers all that nxgd and hrtgd do but in one pill. It also costs about 700 a year for all my pets as opposed to 1000 with the 2 monthly pills. My question is, is nexgard spectra just as safe and effective as the combination of 2 pills nxgrd/hrtgd? We just discovered our dog has fleas and we are wondering what would be the best option to treat them. We currently give Interceptor Plus for heartworm and he gets a monthly shot of CADI (cytopoint) for his allergies.

We would like to try Interceptor but some of the same ingredients are in it as Trifexis. Would it be safe to give him this new med? Should we steer clear of anything similar to Trifexis? Also they all just got spayed & neutered 3 days ago. Still a little soar so really don’t want them to puke or get sick. Thanks for ur help!
Is there any medication like tri heart plus thats around the same price point i need to get my dogs their medication and not even my vet is being helpful since they only want to sell me the Heartgard even tho i've told them i can not afford that medication at the time they do not wanna give me the generic and i need it asap since they are being potty trained outdoors.
