Care should be taken that the dog consumes the complete dose, and treated animals should be observed for a few minutes to ensure that part of the dose is not lost or refused.

I put my dog on Simparica. This month I gave it to him 5 days later than usual and he got bites on his thighs, belly and arms. I have spray tick/flea sprays and clean everything out already. I dont see any flea/ticks jumping around him or his stuff or anywhere around the house. Is there anything else I could do? Should I get a flea/tick shampoo? Does 5 days late really make a difference?
Lioh weighs 9.2 lbs and has been prescribed nexgard 4-10lbs (6 packets or 6 months worth). I know he will be gaining weight over the next 6 months and therefore donno know if I should get him 3 packs instead of 6. What would you advice?
How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron.
What kind of medication can a puppy take for tapeworms. She's about 6-8weeks old
My dog is 6 years old and he's on Revolution. New adopted girl dog is a stray with hookworms. I worry about our male getting infected.
When should I start heartworm prevention? And I can’t afford constant doctor visits, how can I get the medicine?
We just discovered our dog has fleas and we are wondering what would be the best option to treat them. We currently give Interceptor Plus for heartworm and he gets a monthly shot of CADI (cytopoint) for his allergies.
My mother bought a box of the safe-guard canine dewormer that comes in 3 2-gram pouches. Our puppies are chihuahua/pom mixes, one 7 weeks old, the other turns 6 weeks on Friday. But the dosage says 10 pounds/1 pouch. Both puppies are barely a pound, so how much would we give them per dose?
My 14 year old pit bull mix has been having seizures on and off since May. She is definitely weakened, and getting near the end, but still has great appetite and is happy. Fleas (now under control) have led to tapeworms. I bought praziquantel tablets to give her, but concerned about her fragile state. She is 45 lbs. Should I give her half a dose? Will that work?
What time of heartworm flea and tick prevention do you recommend for my Australian Shepherd. I’m afraid to use heartguard and idk about best flea and tick prevention
Hello there! I have 4 dogs and i give them nexgard and heartgard monthly. I saw online that there is nexgard spectra that covers all that nxgd and hrtgd do but in one pill. It also costs about 700 a year for all my pets as opposed to 1000 with the 2 monthly pills. My question is, is nexgard spectra just as safe and effective as the combination of 2 pills nxgrd/hrtgd? Please advise. Thank you.
I have a 65 lbs mixed breed dog. she usually takes sentinel spectrum once a month. through a miscommunication, she took it twice in 3 days. do i need to do anything?
