I got this for my 25lb Pomeranian. He fits so well in it, with extra room to spare. I will use this on road trips/personal trips. This WILL NOT work on airlines, but is good to have hands for car rides, etc.

I liked the size and shape and the fact that this carrier locks into the car's baby seat system. The straps and fabric seem good quality. Unfortunately, when my 14 lb dog laid on top of the carrier, the internal frame bent. It's obviously not made to be sat on top of; however, the words "Crash Tested" imply that it should be able to withstand more impact than just 14 lbs of stationary pressure. If I could return it, I would.

Nice strong looking bag when I saw it for my 13 pound Dachshund . I thought that the connection to the bag and straps that hold the bag where not going to hold up after traveling with my dog after awhile so I added extra hooks and a stronger strap to the bag.

I bought this for my new puppy. I thought the size was perfect it would be great to be able to transport him to the vet or to take him places. It's super hard to get him in and out of it when you're in the car It only opens from the sides you can't see inside to see your dog to see if it's okay You can't open it from the top to get him out which would be much easier. Almost likely be returning this I've ordered a new car seat and if I need to carrier almost likely find a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sherpa Forma Frame Carrier in the extra large is easy to put together. Sherpa Forma Carrier is perfect while traveling over the holidays with our dogs. Now, I have the extra large carrier which is perfect for a large beagle or similar type dog. I would say personally anything bigger won’t be a great fit. However, this carrier was perfect for us. We have a beagle mix and she was calm the entire ride. Our dog Blue often loves to jump all over the van and with four kids it’s too much. This way she is safe and secure for a long trip. We even used the carrier while at my aunt’s house. She had her own personal bed with her blanket. #freesample

Can this hold 2 small dogs one is 9 pds one 11 pds

We have the large carrier and it holds our two cats who are 10 lbs and 11 lbs. We only use it for short trips to the vet. If your dogs like to snuggle then a longer trip would probably work.

So…help me to understand this…you make carriers with wheels and handles for 10 and 20 lb. Etc.. dogs; but carriers for 35 lb. dogs don’t come with wheels???

Each airline has there own specs and u can go on any of their websites and they will giv u the exact number. Some airlines are much more lenient than others...btw, they hav never measured my dogs pet carriers so going over an inch or few is definitely not a big deal. safe travels.
