• - Guaranteed On-Board (GOB Program): This carrier is part of our GOB program. Follow the instructions on the packaging to fill out our form and print out the documents needed to ensure you and your pet in their Sherpa Carrier are guaranteed boarding on your flight, if your pet in their carrier are not allowed to board due to the carrier size, we will refund you and your pets travel fee. Restrictions apply, only valid for select major airlines or domestic flights in US and Canada
