sorry they’re not pedigree tasty bites. we just keep these snacks in that package because the pedigree one closes, and the original package for this snack doesn’t, so when the pedigree ones were done we put this small bones there. they’re called “snack mini-bone” by activpet but they’re no available in the US. i do remember that in the original package it said it was good as a reward for exercise.
I'm trying to introduce some omega 3's into my dogs diet. I order her some treats for her hips (picture 1) but want to order the omega treats as well (picture 2) will the combination of these plus her food (picture 3) be too much or overdose of any of the ingredients?
What are some of the best Dental treats for dogs
What training treats should I give chewy
I’m trying to figure out treats for my pup. He was just put on a hypoallergenic diet, and while we have the food angle covered, I’m trying to sort out treats and chews. He’s used to having Nylabone Nubz and Busy Bones, so I’m trying to find something similar to them. I’m also trying to make sure he doesn’t lose any weight as a result of his new diet. He’s 85 pounds, and a perfect body condition, so losing weight would be problematic. Do you have any suggestions??
The dog food we are feeding them has glocoteme (the hip stuff I am positive I spelled it wrong bare with me) and Linetos acid. One should I add a joint support along with? It has 400 mg per cup it said. And two what linetos acid? Said it wasn’t considered essential to ALFCO. Thanks sorry if I got the terms wrong. Two huskies adults
Vet suspects mild cruciate ligament damage in both hind legs. Suggested mobility diet & cosequin supplements. I switched to Science Diet Mobility & give cosequin daily per instructions on bottle. Also give Science Diet Flexi Stix Jerky with glucosamine & chondroitin, Zuke's Mobility Chews, & Pet Botanics Omega Plus treats. Also feeding Milkbone Brushing Chews. Anything else I could be doing? I asked about specific exercises but vet didn't give any. Would like to avoid surgery if possible.
My 14 year old shih Tzu has trouble chewing up her soft treats and we even break them up for her to make them smaller. What is the best solution for this?
I have an 8 yr old obese lab that is having a bit of trouble getting up after lying down & is gimpy for a bit afterward. I know the stiffness has a bit to do w/ his weight (125 lbs). But he also has TERRIBLE skin allergies that make him itch HORRIBLY! I believe he also has food allergies too... What large breed food/supplements (brand suggestions & formulas pls!) should I be giving him to help him lose weight, help his SEVERE skin & food allergies & his joint problems as he ages even further?
I am looking for a product for my labrador to take because of the indication of hip dysplasia. What do you think of this? Concentrated fish oil 751.8 g (min 33% EPA and 22% DHA, TG * Eq at 210.9 g EPA and 142.4 g DHA per kg; Gelatin and Glycerin; Additives (per kg ): Vitamins and pro-vitamins: Vitamin E (D-alpha-Tocopherol acetate) 16.6 gr. My dog is now thriving on lamb and rice kibble after struggling with skin rashes and reoccurring ear infections. My question is: can i give him lamb treats(100% lamb, all natural) from time to time? Will that make his allergies act up again? If those aren't suitable, what treats can i give him to chew on(he is a rescue dog and will not chew on toys no matter how hard i try)? I want to try and give him something as i am worried about his teeth health.
My dog is about 16 years old now and he act's like he might be having some problems with his joints. Like getting on the couch or bed with me. Should I get him some bone and joint supplement I seen at Wal-Mart and what one is the best
