Only added the treats to an autoship order that you cancelled without my knowledge & left me scrambling to find my very sick pup's Rx food elsewhere. Was told you had 10 days to notify me, which is completely unacceptable !!

Love the packaging and adorable hear shaped soft treats. They break up easily, so would be great for older dogs. But sadly my 18 month old German Shepherd does not like these. Sniffs them, and won't eat. Tried breaking it up and putting on her food.. Nope. Still will move her food around so she doesn't have to eat. This dog normally loves treats of all kinds. So threw me off finding one she would not eat at all.

My dog looooves these treats. They are easy to break into pieces, are pretty soft, and seem to be very tasty. We've bought multiple bags and will probably continue to do so for a long time.
