This food is a staple in my fishroom and is part of my regular rotation. I like to use it to fatten up Cory Cats, who often seem to be underweight. Of course, I also feed other foods that have plenty of veggies. In addition to my corys, my Bolivian rams and yoyo loaches love this stuff. In fact, all my fish vie for this food and carry it around like a football - so there's entertainment value too!
