My chihuahua puppy is 5 wks old and under 1lb. What is the dosage that should be given if its liquid? And if its a chewable pill? Do you cut in 4 quarters? And give puppy 1 out of the 4 quarters?

What is the best worm medicine for 7 weeks old Jack Russell And chiuaa? They are small puppies
My puppy, (rescue) mixed breed, about 6 lb., 4 months old, needs to be wormed. I saw a round worm in his stool. He is eating well, playing and sleeping well. I want to act quickly for his sake and our elderly chihuahua as well. I have not see anything in her stool. Pls recommend a med(s) suitable for each of them. Preferably a broad spectrum medicine. My dog is about 12 weeks old or so, and every 2 weeks since getting him we have been giving him a worming treatment called Sentry HC WormX DS Liquid Wormer for dogs and puppies. Every 2 weeks by the time I'm supposed to treat him again the worms are already coming out of him. We usually notice after he gets out of bed these little white or sometimes pink worms and little yellowish-tan flecks on his bed or coming out of him.
