SENTRY HC WormX Plus broad spectrum dewormer treats and controls seven strains of worms: two tapeworms, two roundworms and three hookworms. It contains two deworming ingredients found in veterinary brands: pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel. WormX Plus comes in chewable tablets, making it easy and convenient give to your pet. Intended for puppies and small dogs 6 lbs. to 25 lbs.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs, weighing 6 to 25 lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal. Note: For large dogs weighing more than 25 lbs., use 7 Way De-Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablets for Large Dogs. 7 Way De-Wormer Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age and older.

The SentryHC WormX Plus Flavored De-Wormer Chewables for Small Dogs was just what I was looking for. I was hesitant because my little 9# dog does NOT like pills or any sort of medicine. Ha! She smelled this and ate it right out of my hand... just like a treat! Good Girl! And by the way, it works.

Worked great! My dog had worms and within a couple Days I noticed him being happier and having much healthier poops! He’s not gassy anymore thank God ! Lol

How come there is no clearly-stated, definitive answer (either on the product packaging, or -- more disturbingly -- in the replies from the vendor) answering the questions about dosing schedule?

My chihuahua puppy is 5 wks old and under 1lb. What is the dosage that should be given if its liquid? And if its a chewable pill? Do you cut in 4 quarters? And give puppy 1 out of the 4 quarters?

Be very careful with the dosage. Depending on the dog's weight it should be once a month for your three month supply.
