Wouldn't"t recommend. It can be ok on small tank for a while, and small or large, if well applied to remove the bubbles, it's actually not bad and can look nice BUT the problem is that with the tank temperature and the natural physical behavior of the vinyl applied, vinyl, over a few week, will warp, the warping from the vinyl exerting more force than the suction of the whole against the glass. So in a word, after a while it detach and in deed leave a hard to clean surface on the glass to fully remove the product.

Hot Garbage! Use glass cleaner instead of this French fry cooking solution. So greasy doesn't hold. This thing holds more bubbles than a Mr. Bubbles summer toy. I used glass cleaner and it's still holding strong with the same backer after I spent 4 years of my life cleaning this hot mess off my tank.

Return to store. Did not work. Would not buy again

I got a new fish tank and wanted to make it look nice so I bought a backing as well I used the sea view and it looks great thanks for asking.

Very disappointed in this product. I could not get the background to stay fixed to the glass. And since it is an oil base not an adhesive, couldn't figure out how to make it adhere.

I bought this product a week ago. I used it on my tank last night. The next morning the background was already starting to peel. I thought, oh well I’ll just flatten it back out with a credit card and it should stay…. It didn’t. After much frustration I said fine… I’ll just get an adhesive background. I removed the background I had and my tank was now covered in an oily substance that is near impossible to get off.

It’s so messy and does not stick at all. Wasted my money on this. I decided to use Vaseline on it and that works better.

This is the first and last time i use this oily mess of a product. The mess took 4 times longer to clean than the actual installation took. On top of that i still had to tape the edges. I have no info about this drying or curing. I thought the background was a peel, wet and stick type of deal, like cell phone screen protectors. Nope, found out later that you have to buy this mystery solution. Now i know why the professionals just leave the back clear, use an actual fabricated background inside the tank or just paint the the back of the tank black, which is what im going to do from now on. It's 2022, there is no reason for this product to even exist given the state of technology today. This is bad, really bad and i dont know how long it will actually last. Im just going to go ahead and leave the scotch tape on and hope i dont ever have to touch this stuff again except for the extensive clean up I'll have to do when the background has to be removed for whatever reason. Just Dont!
