Shake well before using. Add 1 capful (5 mL) per 50 gallons of water twice weekly or as required to maintain coral growth. (Refrigeration after opening is recommended, but not required).

Will this grow algae in the fish tank if you just add it to the water
Can I use your Seachem Phytoplankton and zooplankton to look at under the microscope for see life demonstations?
- Yes and no. The majority of the rotifiers and phyto will be dead. You will be able to see them, but there will be no movement for the most part. This is more intended as a fatty acid and protein supplement for corals, not for culturing or anything like that. If you want to see the life, actually alive, look into getting a bottle of Algae Barn phyto. It is a live culture.Â

I have a problem with parrot fish tank , when after water change I used 1000mg erythromycin for prevention to fungus and bacterial infection for parrot fish , so i today mistakenly not running filter and heater ,after that I seeing that in a large quantities white micro parasitic or bacteria type in tank in a free swimming stage swim all over tank though what I do that in this condition please help me ?

I noticed bloat in my flowerhorn about two weeks ago. It was there when I fed him and went away when I didn't. So I treated him with Epsom salt soaked pellets, bloat was present then. Then I noticed white poop so I stopped feeding entirely and added metronidazole 400 to the tank. Didn't work as I only saw white poop, so I added the medication into his food and now I can see brown poop hanging from a clear poop sticking out of his butt. Hi, My fish has white spot which is expanding. It also has something around mouth. Spot looks white with small dots in it. I thought it is an ich outbreak. Currently tank is treated with Sera omnipur (30% of recommended dose). It is big pufferfish. thanks for your help Nikola
My fish tank got infested with pink algae and green algae and the fish are acting lethargic and dying.
My year old has contracted either Ich or velvet. He is trying to scratch against his tank he has white patches but also when I've shined a light on him It also looks like he could have velvet. I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina
