Do not use in the aquarium. Use in a separate container. Remove 4 L (1 US gallon) of water from the source aquarium to a container suitable for dipping. Add 5-10 mL (1-2 capfuls) of Reef Dip and mix. Place coral specimen in dip for 15-30 minutes, depending on severity of problem. In very severe cases, a double dose may be used. With clear and accessible lesions, dip concentrate may be painted on lesions directly before placing in dip. Observe animals during treatment for evidence of adverse reactions such as excessive sliming.
Reef Dip is intended to be used as a dip - not for use in the aquarium.

Hi, Got a marine fish tank 120L. The blue tang got white ich a week back and it died and post that within a week all the other fishes died. Had a pair of clowns and various damsels. Now with no fishes in the tank, what should I do next? I plan to get the water tested and plan not to add any new fish till 2-3 months? Anything that needs to be done during this phase? I have switched off all the power and filter in the tank. Thanks, Milton
Hi, I have a marine fish tank with 4 fish, an anemone, and a couple of invertebrates. There's nothing wrong right now but I'm scared that I might have jeopardized the aquarium's safety during a maintenance routine. I was doing some aquascaping when I realized that I forgot to rinse my hand beforehand, which worries me because I had handled clorox wipes (benzyl ammonium chloride) roughly 30 minutes before touching the water. Are my fish going to be ok, and is there anything I can do right now?
All of my fish died after using a product purchased at Petco called ACUREL-F. How do I get their water safe to put in new fish?
My vet recommended a lime sulfur dip for my dog's red itchy skin. I made an excess amount of the dip.. I have it in a 1 gallon container. How long can the solution be stored? Room temp? Refrigerated?
can you use a treatment for ich as a preventative medicine in new water before you add fish to it? if so which medicine?
How to treat scale rot?
Fish has white fluffy stuff on gills and eyes as well as what looks like fin rot. We’ve lost almost all the fish in our aquarium… we thought ick initially and have dosed Melafix but it doesn’t seem to be working. They won’t eat, they’re either laying on the ground or floating at the top of the tank gasping ): we have a large tank with several peaceful species and now we’re down to just a handful of fish left. We are devastated.
I made up a lot of Dupont Virkon with water two month ago and I am doing clean now for regular cleaning, but is the Dupont Virkon still work? I save the Dupont Virkon water in a airtight watering can. Thank you for your reply.
I accidentally bought ich x for saltwater. I’m wondering if I can use it in my freshwater tank?
My turtle has a case of shell rot and I know how to treat it at home but I'm not sure where to find the chlorhexidine (Nolvasan). Is it the same formula used for humans that can be found in any drug store or is there a special formula for turtles? Also, does it have to be diluted in water and by how much? Thank you
Are these steps good for this fish's wound and finrot? Part of the fish fin fell off but it is okay now. We're planning to quarantine him and use aquarium salt. Is there any last minutes subs for the salt? Tomorrow is Christmas so the stores will be closed, and we need to help him asap. so.. Are these steps good and are there any last minute subs?
