GarlicGuard is an all natural garlic scented odor and flavor enhancer for freshwater and saltwater fish. Our research has shown that many fish are attracted to natural odors, such as garlic. Simply mix GarlicGuard with any food item, such as Seachem's NutriDiet Flakes, to attract the interest of finicky eaters, e.g. discus and marine angelfish. GarlicGuard is safe for reef and planted aquariums.

Shake well before use. Soak food in GarlicGuard before feeding. Safe for use with medicated foods (to attract the interest of finicky eaters to the medicated food). For example, for enhanced effectiveness against Ich and other parasites use Seachem's Focus and MetroPlex as follows: Add 1 measure of MetroPlex to 1 measure of Focus per tablespoon of food. Completely soak this food mix in GarlicGuard, refrigerate, and feed once or twice daily for 1-2 weeks.

My Betta fish keeps spitting out its food. I feed it "XL color granules" mixed with "color flakes" its tank mate is a molly. I heard you can get bloodworms and soak them in garlic guard and they will eat it. Is this true? Thank you. -Cristina
hello do you sell marine phytoplankton epa for dogs and cats from mr ros? I saw it on amazon and would like to buy it at my local shop thanks
Best foods for 29gallon tank with 4Rosaline Sharks, 4Congo Tetras, 1large bushy nosed plecostamus. Vitamins?
My dog ate some garlic (minced from a jar). I’d say it was roughly 1-2 teaspoons max. Is this enough that I need to take him to see someone?
My mom and I feed strays near our house. About 36 hours ago, we fed them some scallops that may have had garlic salt on them. My mom washed them off first, but I'm still worried that they might get sick from any garlic that might have still been on them. I haven't seen any GI issues and they still seem energetic/not lethargic, but what else should I be looking for symptom-wise? Thank you.
How to protect goldfish from parasites.
After using metronidazole 400mg×2 tablets in 75 litre aquarium tank, my two parrot fish has thread like some seeing near gills and genital area ? How to treat them ?
Can garlic powder poison my dog when being used in his food daily for years? His salivary glands are swollen badly. Wasn't aware garlic is poisonous to dogs.
My dog tore apart packet a of seasoned rice while I was gone. It contained garlic powder but It’s the last ingredient on the list. It looked like he didn’t eat anything but I’m not sure, should I take him to a vet immediately or watch for any signs of garlic poisoning?
Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.
He is between 5 and 10 lbs and it was like a garlic residue from a beef and cheese garlic meet stick
Fish has white fluffy stuff on gills and eyes as well as what looks like fin rot. We’ve lost almost all the fish in our aquarium… we thought ick initially and have dosed Melafix but it doesn’t seem to be working. They won’t eat, they’re either laying on the ground or floating at the top of the tank gasping ): we have a large tank with several peaceful species and now we’re down to just a handful of fish left. We are devastated.
