Questions
Am I understanding this product correctly? It dries out the fecal matter, but it just stays in/on the tray for up to a MONTH until the tray is changed??
- No way upto a month. If you have one cat these trays need changing every 7-14 days. Two cats, every 5-8 days. Gets dried out and then swept by box into a closed compartment. When you throw out the tray at the end of the week you just top it with the lid & get it out in a hefty garbage bag. Not a bad device, have had it for 3 years since I first got both my cats. Hoping to switch over to something more similar to litterbot. However, this is a great option for anyone who can’t be home all the time to scoop & just makes things overall a lot easier. 8.0/10

So, I am having a hard time understanding this. Is there a tray which the litter is put into and then discarded after a while (looked like that on your ad) and then a new tray has to be purchased? If so, seems this would get costly
- It's about average price but you are not throwing away the tray on the bottom we were replacing a disposable cardboard tray about once or twice a month. It works and costs about the same as regular litter that you have to scoop yourself. I have noticed that the price is going up lately for the crystals so I prefer to buy in bulk three pack six pack etc. Hope that helps.

Anyone else think the quality has gone down in recent months/since Covid? These used to last me a month for one cat with maybe a bit of odor towards the end, but I've only had my last one out for 2 weeks and it started smelling almost immediately.
- I've been using it for about 2 years now. In the past 5-6 months it seems to be getting worse. The tray used to last 2 weeks for 2 cats. Then it started being that it ALMOST lasted 2 weeks. I just changed the box 1 week ago and it's already needing to change again. I can't afford this. I have to figure something else out, waaaay too costly if it isn't going to last 2 weeks.

I have teacup dogs that use a litter box when it's too cold outside. But....they are like children and everything goes into their mouths. Is it safe if they eat some of the pebbles?

How long do the litter trays actually last before needing to be replaced? I've seen it's supposed to last weeks, but I've seen reviews that say it doesn't last anywhere near that long.

the scoop pulls the poop behind it and it remains in the tray

- There is a purple, did you add some of your cats old litter 2 the box when you 1st got it that is what it took for mine 2 like it

- Thank you for your question. The best way to determine if your cat will be able to use the bed comfortably is to measure the area it covers when laying down and compare that to the dimensions of the bed.
