I want to start giving Oliver Vitamin C. He's 5 pounds and buying Vitamin C tablets at the pet store is more expensive then giving him vitamin C pills. I know how to give him pills. But how much should I give him? Also will him taking Vitamin C help with him constantly getting Bladder Sludge?
I have some questions about this (For rabbits)Oxbow Natural Science Multi-Vitamin Small Animal Supplements 1. Are these for every day? Or just a treat ever so often? 2. What does this help with? 3. Does this even help with much or should I not get these? And I also have questions about the other ones too. The Oxbow Natural Science Skin & Coat Small Animal Supplement. 1. Are these for ever day or just a treat? 2. Would this help with prevent fleas, ticks, sore hocks, and dry skin? Thank you;)
What else can I add to supplement my Dog's diet? He's just had the Bladder surgery but ongoing monthly costs for a 35kg dog on other than Hills Prescription u/d diet (375kg.) dry ^ Hills UD 375 cans (I've purchased a month's worth) is VERY expensive on an ongoing basis.Thank you
What is the best multivitamin for my puppy
We have a 2.5 year old green cheek conure with a Vitamin A deficiency (her papillae count was two!). She just got a vitamin injection. We have been feeding her Dr.Harvey's Perfect Parrot and Exotic Parrot for the last 10 months (she was eating ZuPreem pellets, but we wanted a more natural option). How can we supplement Dr. Harvey's to ensure she gets enough Vitamin A and other nutrients? Is there anything wrong with Dr. Harvey's? And how soon can we supplement Vitamin A after her shot?
Hi, I was wondering if I should be giving my guinea pig a vitamin c supplement? If so, how often and do you have a recommendation for a specific brand/product? I have one that I used to use but I have had it for a couple years now in the fridge. Should I pitch it and get a new one?
Is there a good high calorie supplement, vitamin or food that I can offer my seed junkie parakeet? She scored a poor body condition, was described as thin at her exam. Currently taking Metacam for an ouchy foot.
I am wondering for the care of guinea pigs about the need for vitamin c. Can vitamin c drops replace having to feed vegetablez every day?
What are some good ways to supply my 2 year old Guinea Pig with Vitamin C besides giving him oranges?
Hi, I work with a large colony of feral cats and with the cold winter passing, many of them have developed upper respiratory infections. It is not warm enough to start trapping yet, so I am looking for something to boost their immune systems and help them recover from the URI's in time for TNR. From what I've read, vitamin C is safe for cats and can help their bodies heal. I am thinking of starting with 125-250mg of ascorbic acid powder. Id like confirmation that it is safe for them. Thanks!
I'm looking for a high quality supplement to add to my dogs food, have you ever heard of Dr. Jeff's Optimum canine care? If so do you think it would be a good one to use? If not could you please recommend one?
