Best foods for 29gallon tank with 4Rosaline Sharks, 4Congo Tetras, 1large bushy nosed plecostamus. Vitamins?
I want to make sure my dog has adequate amounts of omega 3 in her diet. I give her a fish oil capsule daily. If I also give her a fish based kibble (eg. Orijen six fish) several times per week (3-4) would this also help with getting more omegas in? the only drawback is having two bags of kibble open at once. One 4/5 pound bag lasts me 30 days. So the bags would be open for about two months. I figure that this is still ok. They are usually resealable bags. If not I use a bag clip.
Can my red eared slider have brine shrimp it has brine shrimp, water, and guar gum
Have 60 gal tank with 2 largish Ryukin goldfish, doing well together in this tank for several months. I added 3 times different smaller Ryukin from different sources, acclimated by floating bag method, put in the tank with the larger Ryukin. All new fish died within 3-5 days, w/ signs of swim bladder problem - not remaining upright, then dies. Water tests all zeros, using Safe, API proper ph 7.5 & bacteria. Temp 78. Tank cleaned often.. Eat soaked Hikari sinking mini pellets, peas. Ideas?
Is it safe to feed a German shepherd an uncooked frozen salmon fillet? Purchased it from a local grocery market and I have been freezing for 24hrs.
Is this tank big enough/small enough to hold goldfish fry (these fish will not be in it we are just cleaning up there other tank)
I noticed my two fancy goldfish are lethargic, one is small ryukin, and other is oranda. They stay at the bottom of the tank. furthermore, their bellies are swollen, and their tails are droopy; the two fish are not active like other six fish in a 50 gallon tank. I did overfeed them, but now I cut back feeding. I thank you for your advice and assistance.
Healthy fish now ls floating or on its side has difficulty in swimming. Will eat if food is within sight this started three days ago. Please help if you can Thank you Cea197 comcast.net
What brand of food is best to buy my red eared slider? And what kind of food?
Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.
My baby Cumberland slider won’t eat. Just got him and was prettt cold. I put him into his starter 10 gallon with heat lamp and heated water. I tried to feed him pellet and he refused it. Later I gave him a frozen bloodworm and he refused it. He looks a little droopy. Help!!!
