What type of laundry detergent should I use to wash my dog's bed? She has sensitive skin. Is there any brand you would recommend?
I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?

What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?

I recently purchased a memory foam mattress topper that is CertiPUR-US certified. This means that it contains VOC’s that are less than 0.5 parts per million which is the safe range for humans. However, I am wondering if this is also a safe range for dogs as my dog sleeps on my bed each night. The company claims that they also do not use dangerous chemicals in their foam and I know that some dog beds are regulated by CertiPUR-US as well. I want to be sure that this memory foam will not harm Timo.

My pet has torn all his beds and now sleeps on a blanket or a bedsheet. I hope that won't cause any joint problems in the long run? It seems that he is comfortable sleeping this way. Is it safe?
So my dog has a rash and ive giving him.benidryil which helps a little the rash has disapeard out of groin area but not under arms... i was toldto give him a oatmeal bath but the problem w that is he is 90 lbs and is scared to death of water pools baths ... so any other optionsi can do ....
